Terms and Conditions

Please read the following carefully:

  1. Payment Policy:

    • To confirm your enrollment, full payment of the course fee is mandatory.

    • After completing the payment, please share your payment receipt with us for record-keeping and confirmation.

    • If bank transfers are inconvenient, we can provide a payment link via email.

    • Seats are reserved on a "first-paid, first-served" basis.

    • All transaction fees (e.g., bank, PayPal, or other platforms) must be covered by the applicant.

    • Rescheduling is allowed under unavoidable circumstances, and the amount paid can be adjusted for any future course within 3 months of booking.

  2. Cancelation Policy: 

    • Fees, including deposits, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Course cancellations due to unavoidable reasons will allow you to transfer the amount paid toward any future course within 3 months.

    • To reschedule, notify us at least two weeks prior to the course start date.

    • No refunds are granted in cases of no-shows or cancellations with less than two weeks' notice.

    • If the course is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund. However, the institution is not responsible for other expenses incurred, such as travel.

    • By paying the fees, you agree to all policies, terms, and conditions.

    • Leaving the course midway will result in no refunds or re-admission.

  3. Course Attendance:

    • Full attendance is required for the course.

    • Exceptions for illness must be communicated in advance, with students attending as observers where possible.

    • Late arrivals (beyond 10 minutes) will not be permitted to join the class.

    • Repeated absences or tardiness may result in dismissal.

  4. Etiquette:

    • Maintain a positive attitude, as your energy affects those around you.

    • Respect cultural differences and embrace an open mind while studying with us.

    • Follow the instructor’s guidance during classes and avoid practicing separate sequences.

    • Refrain from arguments or comparisons based on past experiences.

    • Commit to the Yamas and Niyamas to the best of your ability.

    • Treat all teachers, staff, and fellow participants with respect.

    • Maintain silence unless you have questions or concerns, and refrain from using phones during class.

    • Keep the premises clean, return equipment to its place, and avoid littering.

  5. Health Responsibility:

    • Students are responsible for their physical and mental well-being. Inform the instructor immediately if you experience discomfort during the course.

    • Practice mindfully, respecting your body’s limits, and inform the instructor about any changes in your health.

    • Pregnant participants should discuss their options with the team before enrolling in courses.

    • By signing, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate in this course.

  6. Confidentiality:

    • All materials provided during the program, including handouts and notes, are strictly for personal use.

    • Sharing, reproducing, or distributing these materials in any form is prohibited and may result in legal action.

  7. Liability Waiver:

    • By participating in our programs, you agree to release the institution, its staff, and its representatives from any liability arising from injuries, damages, or loss incurred during the program. This includes unforeseen circumstances, both known and unknown.

  8. Behavior and Conduct:

    • Disrespectful or disruptive behavior towards instructors or fellow students may lead to removal from the course without refund.

  9. Social Media Content Sharing:

    • We frequently capture photos and videos of our sessions, activities, and classes, which may feature teachers and students, to showcase our programs through various media (both print and digital).

    • Your privacy is important to us, so if you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, kindly inform your coordinator and step aside from the camera's view.

  10. General Rules:

    • Handle all institute equipment and property with care. Damages caused by negligence will be charged.

    • Keep track of your belongings; the management is not responsible for any losses.

    • Alcohol, tobacco and illicit substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

    • Eating inside the yoga hall is not permitted.

    • Dress modestly and appropriately to respect the sanctity of the environment.

    • Students are expected to adhere to the guidelines and show commitment throughout the course.

  11. Refund Policy:

    • All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued.
