A five-day immersive journey into the spiritual and vibrational essence of mantra. Each day is designed to build vocal strength, breath awareness, and a deeper connection to the mantras through refined pronunciation, rhythm, and meaning.
Course Detailed Structure:
Day 1: Foundations + Shanti Mantra
Introduction to Mantra
● What is a mantra?
● Why chant? The role of sound in yoga and spiritual practice
● How mantras work on the subtle body and mind
Vocal Warm-up
Gentle toning using Sā Re Ga Ma (ascending & descending) and Akaar (sustained “Aa” across octaves) to awaken the voice and bring awareness to resonance.
Breathing Alignment
Deep nasal breathing and Nādi Shuddhi (alternate nostril breathing) to calm and align pranic flow.
Slow Rhythmic Alankār
Foundational swar practice to attune breath with tone, creating inner steadiness.
Mantra Focus: Shanti Mantra
● Word-by-word Sanskrit pronunciation
● Philosophical and spiritual interpretation
● Call-and-response rhythmic chanting
Day 2: Ganesha Mantra + Revision
